Photography contest “Capture Sustainability” award ceremony
The photography contest “Capture Sustainability” ended last Thursday, with a visit to the headquarters by Lucia Robbe, the student from Basilicata who, thanks to her photo depicting a detail of the new station in Reggio Emilia, has won an Ipad.
The theme of the contest was to photograph a well made cement work, that is not only useful, but also architecturally beautiful and in harmony with the land surrounding it.
Despite the long trip from Basilicata, Lucia wanted to accept her prize in person from the President Giovanni Colaiacovo, and most of all wanted to get to know the Colacem Company up close.
After the award ceremony in the headquarters, she visited the Gubbio cement plant, discovering how much technology and investments are behind cement production, in order to reduce the impact of processes on the environment, as much as possible.
