The company structure, in charge of industrial safety, is a central unit made up of specialized personnel capable of providing all the necessary support to the plant and the Headquarters as well.

The most valuable asset at Domicem is represented by HUMAN RESOURCES, as it has been developing and implementing an Occupational Health and Safety Management System aimed at risk control, accident and damage to health prevention, minimizing causes connected with the work environment and improving performance, as much as possible.

Domicem provides its staff with training programs and awareness campaigns on prevention of risks associated with the workplace. We have been granted the Certification of the General Direction of Hygiene and Industrial Safety by the Ministry of Labor, which certifies that our company complies with all the specifications contained in Regulation 522-06.
